I loved the story associated with this interview.  There are many ways that people find themselves pursuing entrepreneurship.  Cyanne Storms’ story is the type that makes you jealous.  This certainly was not the case for me, and probably not for most of us.

Cyanne is retired, but she likes to stay active.  She also loves horses.  The combination of the two led her to her business.  But not so fast!  It is not that simple.  While at the stables Cyanne noticed old and tattered horse blankets that were being thrown out.  She thought that was a waste and decided to repair them.  She started doing this, and people were so thrilled with the results that they began encouraging her to start her own business repairing horse blankets.

Cyanne began doing this for people in the fall of 2015.  The she recognized another problem.  Horses were able to unbuckle their covers when out at pasture.  So, she developed a solution to that problem.  Now people are encouraging her to sell her solution as a product, and she is doing so.

What is so fun about Cyanne’s story is that she was not trying to start a business.  But her eye for things and her innovative ability has led her to having her own business with plenty of demand for her skills and now her products.  I cannot wait for you to hear this story!
