Introducing Jason (Olton) Kent!  Olton Kent is the brother of Edi Kent, who appeared on episode #166.  I really enjoyed interviewing him and admired him for his “outside the box” thinking when it came to his hogs.  Olton is raising the Hereford breed of swine, which a lot of people do not know about.  They are something different than the conventional breeds, and through this choice he makes himself stand out!
