My assistant Ashley has recently had a difficult time with a contractor that led her to ask me if I had ever done an episode about integrity in business.  This was a great idea, and I decided to do one this week.

The issue of integrity is essential to whether or not you will make it in business.  If you function without it, eventually you will lose customers and fail, no matter how good you are.

In this episode we focus on a few personal examples of times when my integrity was challenged, both as a police officer and as an entrepreneur.  I have some reminders that are important for all of us when it comes to ethics and integrity that we forget about sometimes through complacency.
