OFI 762: Be Careful Of Language Barriers When Selling Eggs

I have been a lifelong 49ers fan with a lot of history going into my devotion to that team that I talk about in today’s episode.  So, seeing them lose the Super Bowl for the second time in a row was not fun.  However, if we were going to lose, I could not have picked a finer team to lose to than the Chiefs.  Seeing Andy Reid get his first Super Bowl win, and watching a great young player like Patrick Mahomes achieve that goal is great.

Amongst the excitement of the 49ers playing in the Super Bowl on Sunday, I tried to sell some eggs to a man who had recently moved to Idaho from Tibet.  There was a language barrier there, and things ended up getting a little confused.  Ultimately he wound up leaving with 1/3 of the eggs he came for but paying nothing for them.

On today’s Tuesday edition episode, I’ve got stories from our farm like these for you…
