EDUCATION IN AGRONOMICS: Hans is constantly educating himself by taking classes and improving his knowledge of agronomics.

BUSINESS MODEL: Hans is a proponent of having a strong business model.  After trying to build their business without one, he quickly realized what was needed.

SALES SKILLS: Hans believes that sales skills are essential.  He recommends several books that involve selling.  He does not believe you can build a business without sales (neither do I).
