This young man has found a pathway into what could one day be a six figure business with no start up cost at all.
Cobey Alderden lives in an area with a high percentage of retired and elderly residents. He accurately recognized that many of them no longer want to do their own yard work. He had his target market identified, now was time to start a business.
As Cobey started working for neighbors in his community, word started to spread, and more work came. Pretty soon, Cobey had a significant client list and lots of work.
The cost to Cobey to start this business? Zero dollars. He uses the equipment that his clients already have. What a brilliant way to create your own job and start what could turn into a very significant business.
