I am excited to bring you this second episode of my time with “superfan” Dave Lehman.  Dave and I had a compelling discussion about how and when he was going to transition out of his day job to full time entrepreneurship.  In addition, we discuss the obstacles in his way, including family priorities, money and regulations.

If there is such a thing as a “superfan”, Dave Lehman is exactly that.  I am blessed to have devoted listeners, but I have never received more guest suggestion than I have from Dave.  Many of the guests that I have had on this show were recommended by Dave.  

That is why when Dave asked to do an episode discussing his ideas and how to get there I jumped at the chance.  Dave’s story, just like the rest of ours, is filled with opportunity and obstacles.  Hope and disappointment.  Challenges and Celebrations.

Dave’s story is one of working at a job he likes but wanting something more.  He has a family and responsibility with family issues that clearly take precedence over his wants and desires.  And, now that he has opened himself to the possibility of living differently than the masses he sees possibilities all around him.  The hardest part of all of this is biding his time until the time is right.
